From a young age, sport has always been a huge part of my life. I was constantly on the move and was coached in sports like cross country, tennis and also rugby at a high level. I have taken forward skills and expertise from all of my previous sporting experiences and refined my own coaching skills over the last 10 years.
I took my long distance running seriously roughly 5 years ago when I had the wild idea of running the West Highland Way for charity (98 miles from Milngavie to Fort William in Scotland !). Since then, I’ve raced across Scotland on trails, mountains and roads at various distances from 5km to 100km.
